Customer Success Manager
About The Role
Play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with our customers. You’ll act as their trusted advisor, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes with our products and services. Your role will involve understanding their unique goals, guiding them to unlock the full potential of our solutions, and proactively addressing any challenges.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand the use of our product.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, training, and ongoing support.
  • Manage the renewal process, working closely with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and contractual agreements.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Customer Success process and strategies.
  • Collaboration with the Product team is crucial to ensure that we are building the best platform possible and solving our customers’ most pressing challenges.
Requirements
  • Native English proficiency with excellent writing and storytelling skills - a must.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Background in HR-tech – a huge advantage.
  • Strong creative + problem solving skills, with the ability to think on-the-go and build customizable solutions for specific use cases.
  • Passion for the HR field and a desire to make the world a better place for HR, finance and employees.
